Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Mountain Spa, I found the hotel to be conveniently close to the city center, offering both parking and an on-site restaurant. The room service was efficient, and housekeeping ensured a clean and comfortable stay. However, considering the room rates, I expected a higher level of luxury and attention to detail. Although car hire and airport shuttle services were available for an additional fee, I found them to be on the expensive side. The hotel's laundry service was convenient but came at a premium cost, making it more suitable for guests seeking luxury rather than value. On the positive side, the hotel's spa facilities were top-notch, with a range of treatments available at reasonable prices. Families will appreciate the children's play area and the option of babysitting services. In conclusion, while Mountain Spa offers a decent level of comfort and amenities, guests should carefully consider the additional costs for services to determine if it aligns with their budget and expectations.
